Douglas County libraries provide only GA forms (not federal forms).

Tax forms can be printed from the IRS website.

Tax forms printed in the library cost 15¢ per page (25¢ at Villa Rica Library).

Library staff will assist in locating forms, but cannot answer tax questions.

Free tax preparation assistance is available at some library branches.
