This fall at Neva Lomason Memorial Library in Carrollton, join us for

“Let’s Talk About It: Jewish Literature – Identity and Imagination, a series that explores Jewish literature and culture through scholar-led discussions of contemporary and classic books on common themes.  

Dr. Lisa Propst, UWG Professor of English and Scholar of Jewish Literature, will lead discussions of the novels.

   Read an essay on the discussion themes by Atran Assistant Professor of Yiddish Language, Literature, and Culture at Columbia University, Dr. Jeremy Dauber.

The first session will take place at the Thomas B. Murphy Holocaust Teacher Training and Resource Center
, located in the UWG Ingram Library, in conjunction with a special  exhibit, "Anne Frank: A History for Today," which will be on display in the library throughout the month of September. 

  Neva Lomason Memorial Library will host the remaining four discussion sessions.

  The first 10 people to register will receive free copies of the books to keep!
